At Winter Garden in Bloom, we are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
- *OUR SUBSTITUTION POLICY: In some instances, the photos may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our designers will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We have a talented team of designers, please contact us if you have specific requests.
-PICK UP INFORMATION: All orders placed on our website or over the phone for pick up will be located at 34 E. Miller Street, Winter Garden, Fl 34787.
-Same day delivery order cut off 2:00 pm M-F and 11:00 am Sat.
-OUT OF TOWN DELIVERY: We can coordinate an out of town delivery for you if so then please call us directly at 407-395-3555.
-RECIPIENT NOT HOME: If your recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbor, an apartment office or a co-worker. We will leave a note on the door of the recipient and a message on their phone. If we are unable to locate anyone to accept the order weather permitting we will leave the delivery on the door step. If we were not able to find someone to sign for your delivery and have to bring the order back, there will be a re-delivery attempt charge of $10.
-SATURDAY DELIVERY: We will make these deliveries during business hours. Deliveries requested on either day will be delivered either before 12pm or the following business day.
-OFFICE DELIVERIES: We will do our best to hand the delivery directly to the recipient and have them sign for the item, but many businesses require us to deliver to security or the reception area.
-SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: If you input special delivery instructions we will not be responsible for the item once the instructions are carried out. Ex: If you tell us to leave the flowers on the door step we will not be responsible once the item is left on the step.
We will go above and beyond to deliver your flowers. We appreciate you allowing us to deliver your floral gift. We will treat it with care.
